RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
In consideration of full satisfaction of the agreement secured by a certain Mortgage made by Kelly A. Marquette, in favor of the City of Lawrence, Kansas, a Municipal Corporation, Mortgagee, dated the 9th day of June 2016, recorded in Book 1138 Page 3403-3404, in the Office of Register of Deeds, Douglas County, Kansas, and covering the following described real estate to-wit:
Beginning at the Southernmost corner of Lot 6, Parkway West Townhomes Addition, a subdivision in the City of Lawrence, Douglas County, Kansas; thence Northerly along the Southwesterly line of said Lot 6, on a curve to the left with a radius of 486.12 feet, and arc length of 36.00 feet; thence North 56 degrees 02 minutes 46 seconds East, 127.40 feet to the Northeasterly line of said Lot 6; thence South 47 degrees 37 Minutes 58 seconds east along said Northeasterly line, 48.80 feet; thence South 60 degrees 42 minutes 21 seconds West along the Southeasterly line of said Lot 6, 141.00 feet to the point of beginning, LESS AND EXCEPT an undivided one half of all oil, gas and other minerals and mineral rights in, upon and under said real estate reserved unto the Federal Land Bank of Wichita, Wichita, Kansas, in Deed recorded May 14, 1946, in Book 156 at page 163.

Satisfaction of said Mortgage is acknowledged and the same is hereby released.
