RELEASE OF MORTGAGE

In consideration of full satisfaction of the agreement secured by a certain Mortgage made by Ardean A. Vannatta, in favor of the City of Lawrence, Kansas, a Municipal Corporation, Mortgagee, dated the 22nd day of December, 2016, recorded in Book 1143 Page 2205  in the Office of Register of Deeds, Douglas County, Kansas, and covering the following described real estate to-wit: 

LOT 7, BLOCK B, BROOKDALE ADDITION, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LAWRENCE, DOUGLAS COUNTY, KANSAS.

Satisfaction of said Mortgage is acknowledged and the same is hereby released. 

Approved by the Governing Body of the City of Lawrence this 2nd day of April, 2019.
