Award Bid No. B1910, for Downtown Paver Replacements (CIP# PR1913) to GSR Construction, Inc. for $125,020, using bid pricing of $26.60 per square foot.

Executive Summary: |
The Downtown Paver Replacement project (PR1913CIP) was approved for funding by the City Commission, as part of the City’s 2019 CIP process. This project is the third phase of a multi-year project to replace the brick pavers at the corners and mid-block crossings on Massachusetts street.
Bids were opened for this project (Bid No. B1910) on February 20, 2019. Following are the bids received:
Parks and Recreation staff have reviewed the bids and recommend approval of the low base bid provided by GSR Construction, Inc. Based on the bid provided, and available funding, this year’s project will replace 4,700 square feet of pavers.
