Authorize the City Manager to execute a right of way License Agreement with Eric Hodges, for property located at 1632 East Glen Drive. |

Executive Summary: |
The owner of 1632 East Glen Drive is in the process of preparing the property for sale. In order to clean up any title issues associated with sale of the tract, the owner approached the City about an encroachment of a rear yard accessory garage structure located in part on the Harper Street right of way. The property owner and City staff have reached a tentative agreement whereby the owner will be permitted, as an accommodation, to use a portion of the Harper Street Right of Way for said structure (392 square feet). The owner will be responsible for maintaining the licensed area. The proposed agreement will permit the owner to use the licensed area for the enhancement and enjoyment of its property and will protect the City’s rights in the Harper Street Right of Way. |
