Roadway Pothole Mitigation / January-February 2019 - SUMMARY REPORT

 

Summary:

In January 2019, the Municipal Services and Operations Street division completed 3,747 pothole mitigations.

In February 2019, the Municipal Services and Operations Street division completed 3,944 pothole mitigations.

Total pothole mitigations for 2019: 7,691

Of the 3,747-potholes mitigated in January, the division responded to 59 customer requests for pothole mitigation:

 

·         59 Lucity Customer Service Request

·         Of the 59 Lucity request,42 of the request came through Wufoo online and 17 were called in to Municipal Services and Operations Administration

·         636 hours of staff time

·         421 hours of equipment time

·         82 tons of cold patch asphalt

 

Labor Cost:               $24,949

Equipment Cost:       $  9,679

Material Cost:           $10,327

Total Costs:              $44,955
