ORDINANCE NO. 9648

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LAWRENCE, KANSAS, REPEALING EXISTING CHAPTER 1, ARTICLE 11 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF LAWRENCE, KANSAS, 2018 EDITION, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND ORDINANCE NO. 8335, PERTAINING TO THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ADVISORY COMMITTEE AND THE CITIZEN PARTICIPATION PLAN.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF LAWRENCE, KANSAS:

SECTION 1. Chapter 1, Article 11 of the Code of the City of Lawrence, Kansas, 2018 Edition, and amendments thereto, and City of Lawrence, Kan., Ord. No. 8335 (Oct. 14, 2008), pertaining to the Community Development Advisory Committee and the Citizen Participation Plan, are hereby repealed in their entirety.

SECTION 2. SECTION 4. After passage, approval, and publication, as provided by law, this ordinance shall be in full force and effect commencing July 1, 2019.
