Fiscal Impact (Amount/Source): |
The 2019 budget includes a $350,000 allocation from the Capital Improvements Program in addition to the revenue beginning to come into the Housing Trust Fund from the affordable housing sales tax that begins collection April 1. Due to the lag in actual receipt of this sales tax revenue by the City, revenue is estimated to begin to be received from the sales tax in June 2019. A chart was prepared to show the timing and sources of estimated revenue for 2019 for the Housing Trust Fund. |
