Recommendations/Options/Action Requested:

 

Accept dedication of cross access and utility easements associated with Minor Subdivision, MS-18-00567, for W. Morris Addition No. 1, located at 1801, and 1807 W. 23rd Street. Submitted by Landplan Engineering, PA, on behalf of Team Players LLC and Emira-One LLC, property owners of record.

 

Executive Summary:

This subdivision application is for the creation of a new commercial lot in the northeast corner of the property at 23rd Street and Ousdahl Road. The redevelopment project includes access consolidation of existing driveways along the south side of W. 23rd Street between Ousdahl Road on the east and Ridge Court (a private drive) on the west. Two existing driveways will be consolidated into one shared driveway. Cross access easements are proposed to provide internal vehicular circulation across properties. 

 

The Planning Commission approved a variance for reduced right-of-way width for W. 23rd Street at their regular meeting on Wednesday, January 23, 2019.

 

The City Commission’s action on this request is to accept the dedication of cross access and utility easements as shown on the attached drawing.
