RELEASE OF MORTGAGE

In consideration of full satisfaction of the agreement secured by a certain Mortgage made by Carol Klinknett, in favor of the City of Lawrence, Kansas, a Municipal Corporation, Mortgagee, dated the 23rd day of February 1987, recorded in Book 403 Page 886-890, in the Office of Register of Deeds, Douglas County, Kansas, and covering the following described real estate to-wit: 

LOT ONE HUNDRED TWENTY-FOUR (124), LESS THE SOUTH 14 FEET THEREOF, AND LOT ONE HUNDRED TWENTY-TWO  (122), ALL ON INDIANA ST, IN THE CITY OF LAWRENCE, KANSAS.

Satisfaction of said Mortgage is acknowledged and the same is hereby released. 

Approved by the Governing Body of the City of Lawrence this 5^th day of February, 2019.
