Approve updated bylaws for the Community Police Review Board as recommended by the Community Police Reviews Board. 

 

Executive Summary:

The Community Police Review Board (CPRB) was formed in 2018.  The Board has discussed its bylaws and recommends changes to the bylaws to align with the actual original appointments to the board and change the meeting at which officers are elected to the fall, instead of the first meeting of the year.  The bylaws attached show the changes from the bylaws adopted by the City Commission for the board when it was formed.  These changes were discussed by the CPRB during its December 5, 2018 and January 24, 2019 meetings.
