Executive Summary: |
This subdivision application is for the reconfiguration of a portion of the interior lot line between two existing platted lots as shown on the attached drawing. Minor subdivisions are administratively reviewed.
The property includes existing utility easements that will be retained with this development. The minor subdivision also proposes new utility easement along the interior lot line, new access easement at Legends Drive, and additional right-of-way along adjacent to Lot 1. This project also includes the vacation and rededication of a portion of the utility easement located along the interior lot line maintaining the 20 foot width of the utility easement.
The City Commission’s action on this request is to accept the vacation of the easement and the acceptance of easement and right-of-way as shown on the attached drawing.
