Recommendations/Options/Action Requested:
Authorize distribution of agreements to outside agencies for 2019 City funds.
Executive Summary:		On November 6, 2018, the City Commission approved the recommendations of the Social Service Funding Advisory Board for use of 2019 City funds. Other outside agency requests were approved through the budget process. Staff have standardized these agreements and outside agencies that receive City funds are required to sign an agreement that outlines how City funds will be used. Please note there are two agencies (Lawrence Public Library and the Lawrence Cultural Arts Commission) that receive City funds but do not have an agreement. Additionally, there are two agencies that have agreements that fall outside of the standard template because they have some additional requirements or have language specific to the funded program. Those agencies are the Lawrence Chamber of Commerce and eXplore Lawrence. Those agreements are attached in full. Last year Bert Nash also had a unique agreement, but they have been moved to the standard template as they go through the social service request process. This ensures that all social service agencies have the same agreement language.
