SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT

KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT:

WHEREAS, the City of Lawrence is the present legal holder and owner of a certain mortgage dated August 1, 2005 executed by Marily Mulingbayan, Mortgagor, to the City of Lawrence, as mortgagee, recorded August 3, 2005, in Book 991, Pages 5750-5752, in the office of the Register of Deeds, Douglas County, Kansas, and concerning the real property in Douglas County, Kansas, described as follows:

Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot Four (4), Block One (1), Stonegate Subdivision, a subdivision in the City of Lawrence, Douglas County, Kansas; thence North 89˚33’27” West, along the South line of said Lot Four (4), 36.25 feet; thence North 00˚25’05” East, 120.00 feet to the North line of said Lot Four (4); thence South 89˚33’27” East, along said North line, 35.82 feet to the Northeast corner of said Lot Four (4); thence South 00˚04’36” West, along the East line of said Lot Four (4), 120.00 feet to the point of beginning; now knows as Parcel 4B.

WHEREAS, said mortgagor has executed and delivered to

US Bank. a note and mortgage in the amount of $109,748 dated ______________________, said mortgage being recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Douglas County, Kansas, in Book _______, Pages ______-______, concerning the above described real estate; and

WHEREAS, it is the desire of said mortgagee to subordinate the above mortgage to the mortgage second above described.

NOW THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration to it paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the said mortgagee, by these presents, hereby subordinates the mortgage first above described to the mortgage second above described.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City of Lawrence has hereunto caused this Agreement to be signed this 18th day of December, 2018.
