Recommendations/Options/Action Requested:
Authorize the addition of regular agenda items to the December 11, 2018 City Commission meeting.
Executive Summary:		The December 11, 2018 date has been an established meeting date of the City Commission calendar for consent agenda items and work session.  Staff would like to place consideration of the animal code amendments on the agenda for discussion and possible action as the City Commission has expressed an interest in hearing this item before the Humane Society’s director leaves.  As such, staff requests that the meeting be calendared for regular agenda items.
