Executive Summary: |
Sidewalk Dining & Hospitality Licenses renew annually on November 1st. As part of that process, and pursuant to City Code, the City Clerk mails to all adjoining property owners of record and tenants of such property, notification that 1) the Licensee is seeking to renew the Sidewalk Dining Licenses, and 2) that said persons or business entities have 30 days within which to submit any objection in writing to the City Clerk.
City staff has notified the adjoining property owners and tenants that there will be a public hearing on November 20th regarding the Sidewalk Dining License renewals. To date, staff has received no objections to the license renewals. If no objections are received, the public hearing will not be necessary, and this item will be removed from the agenda. |
