Authorize the City Manager to execute a License Agreement, permitting Brown Eye Girl, L.L.C., a Kansas Limited Liability corporation, to install a stone retaining wall and rock landscape area in the right of way adjacent to 1145 Pennsylvania Street.

Executive Summary: |
The owners of the property located at 1145 Pennsylvania Street have requested a license agreement that would allow them to retain an existing stone retaining wall and rock landscape area they previously constructed within city-owned right of way. These improvements have benefited the overall appearance of this property. Staff has met with the property owners and would recommend to allow these site improvements to remain with the Commission’s approval.
Staff has also reviewed any possible impacted existing infrastructure within the right of way and determined that the wall will not have any impact.
These improvements do not restrict other public access to the right of way or the sidewalk adjacent to this property. |
