ORDINANCE NO. 9517

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LAWRENCE, KANSAS, REPEALING EXISTING CHAPTER SIX, ARTICLE 18 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF LAWRENCE, KANSAS 2018 EDITION AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, PERTAINING TO THE REGISTRATION AND REGULATION OF SCRAP METAL DEALERS.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF LAWRENCE, KANSAS:

SECTION 1. Existing Chapter 6, Article 18 of the Code of the City of Lawrence, Kansas 2018 edition pertaining to Scrap Metal Dealer Registration, and amendments thereto is hereby repealed in its entirety.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force after its passage and publication as provided by law.
