   Executive Summary: |

An application was submitted by Paul Werner Architects on behalf of Quail Creek LLC, the property owner of record, to rezone approximately 6.49 acres located at 2111 Kasold Drive from PUD (Alvamar Planned Unit Development) District to RM15 (Multi-Dwelling Residential Office) District.
The applicant is seeking rezoning of the property to a conventional multi-dwelling residential district to accommodate infill development and interior improvements to the amenities of the development. The property as zoned was permitted as a Planned Unit Development under the 1966 Zoning Code. The applicant is proposing to rezone the property to a more current district that reflects the development pattern of the area.
The Planning Commission considered the item at their March 28, 2018 meeting and voted unanimously to forward the rezoning request to the City Commission with a recommendation for approval. |
