Recommendations/Options/Action Requested:
Authorize City Manager to execute Supplemental Agreement No. 6 for final design plans of the pedestrian bicycle underpass at 19^th & Iowa intersection with Professional Engineering Consultants in an amount of $118,000.
Executive Summary:		Supplemental Agreement No. 6 is to proceed with final design plans for the pedestrian and bicycle underpass at 19^th & Iowa.  The design fee will be funded from project PW1535 - 19^th Street Reconstruction, Iowa to Naismith project.  Construction costs will be funded from $1.6M Transportation Alternatives funds, $200,000 KU funds and $200,000 City funds (2017 ped/bike funds). The scope and fee is in line with city design fee guidelines for the project cost (7% of construction costs).

Fiscal Impact (Amount/Source):		The fiscal impact to the City is $118,000. This item is in the 2018 budget funded with infrastructure sales tax funds (PW18E7CIP). The project budget is $3,550,000.
