Executive Summary: |
An acceptance of 15’ utility/drainage easement in association with the Minor Subdivision MS-17-00397, Classical Development Addition.
The property is adjacent to Mississippi Street, an improved City Street. A 15’ utility/drainage easement is proposed along the new lot line between 1208 & 1218 Mississippi street to relocate an existing sanitary line, provide sanitary service to both lots and provide adequate site drainage as specified by the Stormwater Engineer. |
