Community Development Advisory Committee: Appoint Robert Baker (785.842.6572) to a term that expires 09/30/20. eXplore Lawrence Reappoint Derek Felch (785.760.2071), Doug Banks (785.840.7980), and Charles Persinger (785.760.6126) to additional terms that expire 12/31/20. Public Transit Advisory Committee Reappoint Heather Thies to an additional term that expires 12/31/20. Transportation Commission Reappoint Kathryn Schartz, (785.760.4114 - representing someone with training in multi-modal transportation planning and engineering) and Charlie Bryan (785.218.7966 - representing the Lawrence Douglas County Health Department) to additional terms that expire 12/31/20.  Appoint Donna Hultine (representing the University of Kansas) to a term that expires 12/31/20.
