Recommendations/Options/Action Requested:
Defer public hearing to consider a vacation request submitted by Larry Wedman to vacate a pedestrian easement designation located within “Tract A” of Landon Court Addition, a minor subdivision in Block One, Westwood Hills until the January 16, 2018 City Commission Meeting.
Executive Summary:		Larry Wedman owner of “Tract A” has submitted a vacation application to vacate the pedestrian easement designation within “Tract A” of Landon Court Addition.  A notice was published, and the public hearing was set for the December 5, 2017 City Commission Meeting.  The Westwood Hills Homeowners Association has requested to defer the public hearing to discuss the request further with staff and the applicant. Staff recommends deferring the public hearing set for December 5, 2017 until January 16, 2018.
