Webster and James and Brenda Vantuyl, property owners of record. |

Executive Summary: |
This subdivision application is for the lot combination of existing platted lots. Minor Subdivisions are administratively reviewed.
The property includes existing perimeter utility easements that will be retained with this development and an existing shared access easement that will be vacated. The shared access easement is obsolete given the proposed redevelopment of the property.
The City Commission’s action on this request is to accept the vacation of the access easement as shown on the attached drawing.
