Recommendations/Options/Action Requested:
Authorize distribution of agreements to outside agencies for 2018 City funds.
Executive Summary:		Beginning in 2018, the structure of the outside agency agreements has been adjusted to help standardize agreements. The new template includes clarifying language in a number of sections. Outside agencies are required to sign an agreement that outlines how City funds will be used. Please note that there are a few agencies that do not have an agreement with the City, they include: Lawrence Public Library, K-10 Connector (Johnson County), and the Lawrence Cultural Arts Commission. Additionally, there are a few agencies that have agreements that fall outside of the standard template because they have some additional requirements or have language specific to the funded program. Those agencies are as follows: Bert Nash Community Mental Health Center Homeless Outreach Program, Lawrence Chamber of Commerce, and eXplore Lawrence. Those agreements are attached in full.
