· City Commission meeting will start at 5:00 p.m. Consent Agenda: Adopt on second and final reading, the following ordinances: · Ordinance No. 9303, establishing the Neighborhood Revitalization Area and approving the Neighborhood Revitalization Area Plan for the Vermont Place Project. · Ordinance No. 9396, repealing the Joint Economic Development Council. · Ordinance No. 9397, assigning the former Joint Economic Development Council’s responsibilities to the Public Incentives Review Committing and removing the Mayor and Vice-Mayor from service on the Public Incentives Review Committee.
