Executive Summary: |
This subdivision application is for the lot combination of existing platted lots. Minor Subdivisions are administratively reviewed.
The project includes the dedication of a 10’ by 15’ utility easement for public sanitary sewer manhole, and a 5’ pedestrian access easement along Crestline Drive. Also included in the project is the vacation of a 15’ utility easement interior to the existing platted property and shown on the attached Minor Subdivision.
The City Commission’s action on this request is to accept the dedication of new easements and approve the vacation of the existing utility easement as shown on the attached drawing.
