As a part of the Special Event Permit review process, events categorized as Type 5 (public events primarily for entertainment) require City Commission approval.
The applicant proposes to have a live concert on October 6, 2017 in the vacant lot located at 1020 Massachusetts Street and the vacant lot at 1040 Massachusetts Street. The event, including set up time, will run from 11:00 AM to 11:30 PM. The event is intended to provide a local entertainment draw for outside economic impact.
