Recommendations/Options/Action Requested:
Set a bid opening date of October 10, 2017 for the 2017 CDBG Weatherization Grant Program – Bid No. 1749 – Storm Windows, Bid No. 1750 – Weather-Stripping, and Bid No. 1752 – Attic Insulation.
Executive Summary:		The Weatherization Grant Program is a program for low income homeowners that provides for the installation of the following activities, as determined by inspection, at 16 addresses around the community; weather-stripping of entry doors as needed, installation of storm windows as appropriate, and adding attic insulation to R-38 levels as needed.

Fiscal Impact (Amount/Source):		There is no fiscal impact to the City as CDBG funds will pay for these activities.
