Executive Summary: |
Dean Grob has submitted a vacation application for the owners David C. & Stephanie L. Hentges to vacate approximately 10’ of a 20’ utility easement along the south side of the owner’s property located at 4413 Nicklaus Drive. The owner would like to further develop the property without encumbrance of the excess easement.
All utilities, as well as property owners within 400 feet, were notified and no objections were received.
