Accept dedication of utility and access easements for MS-17-00201: Minor Subdivision/Replat for Rockledge Hotels Addition, a two-lot subdivision located at 2222 W 6th Street. |

Executive Summary: |
The applicant proposes to subdivide the former hotel site located between Rockledge Road and McDonald Drive. Additional sanitary sewer and water mains are required to be extended by the developer to serve the proposed hotels and the adjacent property to the north. In addition, the minor subdivision outlines the non-exclusive cross access easements across both properties.
Two hotels have been approved for phased construction with site plan SP-17-00187. Phase 1 includes a 99-room Hotel, a small Event Center and related parking/landscaping improvements. Phase 2 will include an 81-room Hotel and associated site improvements. |
