Authorize the Mayor to sign a Release of Lien Agreement for Betty Childers, 307 Illinois Street. |

Executive Summary: |
Betty Childers, 1132 307 Illinois Street, participated in the Lawrence Community Housing Trust Program in 2006.
Based on the program the individual(s) participated in, a lien agreement, restricting the sale of the property to an income eligible person for a period of 10 years, was placed on the property. The balance is due when the property is no longer owner-occupied, or sold prior to the defined period. Staff has determined that the appropriate lien period has passed and that has resulted in a zero balance due to the City.
Staff has verified that the Lien Agreement provisions have been satisfied and that it is appropriate to release the Lien.
