Executive Summary: |
The City Commission approved the rezoning request on July 11, 2017. The ordinance was not provided at that time to allow the applicant time to develop a specific response to define an area to remain zoned IBP (Industrial Business Park). The applicant has since submitted a preliminary plat that creates a defined area on the northwest corner of Research Park Drive and Legends Drive that will remain IBP and provide continuity to the remaining business park development pattern. |
