Executive Summary: |
The subject property, located along the east side of Michigan Street south of 3rd Street, is adjacent to the Lawrence Memorial Hospital campus. The subject property is proposed to be redeveloped to provide additional surface parking to serve the hospital. This rezoning request is accompanied by a Special Use Permit, SUP-17-00153 which identifies the proposed improvements in accordance with the Land Development Code. The property will be replatted and the rezoning to the H District provides a uniform designation for the hospital campus.
