Executive Summary: |
This subdivision application is for the lot recombination of existing platted lots. The purpose of the project is to consolidate land area for the construction of a surface parking lot expansion on the west side of the hospital campus.
The project includes the dedication of additional new easement shown on the attached Minor Subdivision.
Public improvements are required for this project.
The City Commission’s action on this request is to accept the dedication of easements as shown on the attached drawing.
