The items listed below are planned for future agendas.  I have listed the date of items as they are known at this time.  Dates are subject to change, as is the order of agenda items.

 

07/11/17

·         City Commission establishes maximum expenditures and authorizes publication of the 2018 budget and the 2017 amended budget.

·         Cedar Grove rezoning.

·         Public hearing for Lawrence VenturePark special assessments.

·         VanTrust Catalyst Program application/public hearing.

·         Discussion on reconsideration of the Vermont Street project and refer to Public Incentives Review Committee, and set date for public hearing on August 1, 2017 on proposed NRA and Revitalization Plan.

 

07/18/17

Meeting will start at 5:00 p.m. at the Watkins Museum of History, 1047 Massachusetts Street with ceremonial presentation on Fair Housing 50th anniversary.  Meeting will recess and reconvene at 6:00 p.m. .at City Hall for remainder of meeting.

·         Receive report of 2017 Capital Improvement Plan items adjusted the first quarter of 2017.

·         Lawrence Community Shelter funding request.

·         Receive draft copy of the Assessment of Fair Housing, which identifies needs, goals, and measures to further fair housing in Lawrence, as required by HUD’s rule – September.

·         Adoption of the Assessment of Fair Housing – October.
