Accept dedication of right-of-way for W. 31st Street and dedication of utility and drainage easements associated with PF-17-002004, the Final Plat for Paxton Place Addition. Submitted by BG Consultants, for Castle Rock LC, property owner of record. |

Executive Summary: |
The Final Plat for Paxton Place Addition on approximately 59 acres at the southeast corner of Michigan Street and W. 31st Street creates two lots for multi-dwelling residential development. Additional right-of-way is required for W. 31st Street to comply with the Subdivision Regulations Design Standards. Easements on the property had been dedicated previously by separate instrument. A Drainage Easement is being dedicated for the floodplain located on the property and a Utility Easement is being dedicated as an exclusive Sanitary Sewer Easement. |
