ORDINANCE NO. 9357

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 17, OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF LAWRENCE,

KANSAS, 2015 EDITION AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, RELATING TO NO PARKING.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF LAWRENCE, KANSAS:

SECTION I:  From and after the effectiveness of this ordinance and the installation of appropriate traffic control devices, parking is prohibited along the west and east side of  George Williams Way from 6^th Street to Rock Chalk Parkway (private street) and along the north and south side of Rock Chalk Drive, from George Williams Way to E. 902 Road.

SECTION II. The City Engineer is hereby directed to amend the Schedule of No Parking, maintained by the Office of the City Engineer, to reflect the provisions of Section I.
