Recommendations/Options/Action Requested:
Accept dedication of additional right-of-way for intersection improvements at Rock Chalk Drive and George Williams Way and accept the vacation of a previously dedicated drainage easement.
Executive Summary:		The Final Plat for Mercato Addition, PF-17-00182, creates one lot of approximately 3.2 acres for the development of a hotel. Adequate right-of-way for the adjacent streets was dedicated by separate instrument previously; however, additional right-of-way at the intersection of George Williams Way and Rock Chalk Drive is required with this plat to accommodate future intersection improvements.  A drainage easement was dedicated by separate instrument previously for the subject property; however, with the changes in the proposed development and layout of the site the drainage easement is no longer required and is being vacated with this plat.
Strategic Plan Critical Success Factor		Safe, Healthy, and Welcoming Neighborhoods  --- the additional right-of-way will provide space for future improvements to the intersection of George Williams Way and Rock Chalk Drive as the area develops.
