Accept dedication of additional right-of-way for W 31st Street |

Executive Summary: |
A Minor Subdivision, MS-17-00071, for the Cokeley Addition, combines three lots in the southwest corner of the intersection of W 31st Street and Ousdahl Road into one lot to accommodate the development of a mini-storage facility and RV/Boat Storage. The Minor Subdivision was administratively approved on April 10, 2017. An additional 25 ft of right-of-way for W 31st Street, is being dedicated with this Minor Subdivision, bringing the total right-of-way width on the south side of the centerline of W 31st Street to 75 ft. |
