Recommendations/Options/Action Requested:
Planning staff recommends approving Temporary Special Event Permit SE-17-00202 for Country Produce Trailer Sales in the parking lot at West Coast Saloon, 2222 Iowa Street. Action requested: Approve Temporary Special Event Permit SE-17-00202, if appropriate.
Executive Summary:		As a part of the Temporary Special Event permit review process, only four permits for one location can be administratively approved. Four of the event periods are administratively approved. The need for three additional event periods requires approval by the City Commission. One event period is 14 consecutive days and 7 consecutive periods have been requested. This event will only operate on the weekends during the event periods. Country Produce proposes to have produce sales from a 16’ X 7’ trailer on 7 consecutive event periods (weekends only) from 9am to 5pm. The weekends start on May 20^th and run through August 20^th for a total of 14 weekends.
