Approve request to rezone, Z-17-00009, approximately 1.418 acres located at 1809 Birdie Way from PUD-[Alvamar] (Planned Unit Development) District and RS7 (Single Dwelling Residential) District to RM24-PD (Multi-Dwelling Residential – Planned Development Overlay District and adopt on first reading, Rezoning Ordinance No. 9339. |

Executive Summary: |
The subject property, 1809 Birdie Way, is currently a part of the Alvamar Planned Development. The subject property is proposed to be incorporated into the adjacent development lot. The property owner intends to replat the property to incorporate this area into the lot area as shown on the related Final Development plan. The use restrictions are the same as those on the approved development plan for the Alvamar Planned Development. The rezoning to the RM24-PD District will provide a uniform zoning designation for the entire Alvamar development. This will allow the site to be developed with a Final Development Plan per the standards in the Land Development Code. |
