Executive Summary: |
The subject property included in this Preliminary Development Plan is 2400 Franklin Road and 2350 Franklin Road. These properties were included in the previous Preliminary Development Plans for the Mt. Blue Addition Planned Industrial Development, with the original Preliminary Development Plan being approved by the City Commission in 1997.
The previously approved Preliminary Development Plan did not identify land uses for the property at 2350 Franklin Road. This Preliminary Development Plan updates the previous Plan and proposes land uses for the formerly undeveloped property (indoor gun range and retail store).
The Planning Commission considered this item at their March 15, 2017 meeting and voted unanimously to forward the Preliminary Development Plan to the City Commission with a recommendation for approval. |
