Executive Summary: |
The subject property, 1809 Birdie Way, is currently part of the Alvamar Planned Development. This revised Final Development Plan incorporates unplatted land into the adjacent development lot as shown on the attached Development Plan. The property owner has submitted a Final Plat that will be considered by the City Commission on a future agenda. This application was submitted concurrently with a request to rezone 1.418 acres to accommodate an additional building on the lot (Z-17-00009, Ordinance No. 9339). The use restrictions are the same as those on the approved development plan for the Alvamar Planned Development.
The new building is intended as a multi-purpose building. The primary use is for golf cart storage. The building may be used for outdoor events that require some shelter. |
