Executive Summary: |
Pursuant to Ordinance No. 9074, adopted by the City Commission on February 10, 2015, the Governing Body may, by a vote of a majority of the Commissioners at any preceding public meeting, suspend said meeting, change its date or time, or move its location.
At the May 9, 2017 City Commission Meeting/Work Session, the City Manager’s recommended 2018 budget will be presented. In order to give the Commissioners sufficient time to review the budget thoroughly, it is suggested the start time of the May 9, 2017 City Commission Meeting/Work Session be changed from 5:45 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. The meeting will take place in the City Commission Room, First Floor of City Hall.
