Approve the construction of a new restroom at the Youth Sports Complex, CIP Project No. PR1704, to various vendors, in the amount of $99,304. |

Executive Summary: |
Installation of a new restroom at the Youth Sports Complex was budgeted in the 2017 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) at an estimated cost of $120,000.
The Parks and Recreation Department has bid the needed components to construct the project and have requested City Manager approval to proceed with the project. Following are the successful bidders:
Pre-fabricated concrete restroom building - CXT Inc. $47,304 Water and sewer installation – RD Johnson Excavating $46,000 Concrete Sidewalks – Hick’s Classic Concrete $6,000 (estimated)
Total Cost: $99,304
