Executive Summary: |
The Walnut Addition Final Plat was administratively approved on March 3, 2017.
The utility and drainage easements are located along the common property lines to provide services to the developments, as shown on the Final Plat.
The Planning Commission approved the Preliminary Plat on April 25, 2016. The Final Plat conforms to the approved Preliminary Plat (PP-16-00057).
The Final Plat has been placed on the City Commission’s agenda for acceptance of dedications as shown on the plat. |
