Executive Summary: |
This subdivision application is for the consolidation of four existing platted lots and the vacation of the existing alley to create a single lot for the purpose of construction of a surface parking lot.
The project includes the dedication of new utility and access easements and the vacation of a portion of the public alley as shown on the Final Plat drawing.
Public improvements are not required for development of the proposed parking lot on this property.
The Final Plat conforms to the approved Preliminary Plat/Preliminary Development Plan (PDP-16-00311) and has been administratively approved. The City commissioners role in to accept dedications of new easements and to vacate a portion of the existing public alley right-of-way. |
