Recommendations/Options/Action Requested:

 

Approve a Special Event Permit for The Kansas Food Truck Festival at 810 Pennsylvania on May 6, 2017. Submitted by The Cider Gallery, with permission of Cider Gallery Partners, LLC & Cider Gallery LLC, property owners of record.

 

Staff recommends approval of the Special Event Permit SE-17-00048 for The Kansas Food Truck Festival at 810 Pennsylvania Street from 4 pm to 10 pm on May 6, 2017, subject to the conditions listed on the Special Event Permit.

 

 

 

Executive Summary:

This is the 4th annual Kansas Food Truck Festival.  There is an associated Use of Right-of-Way permit for street closings (CL-26245), evening hours of operation and live music/entertainment so this special event permit requires approval of the City Commission.
