Executive Summary: |
The Minor Subdivision proposes a lot combination to accommodate a building expansion. The building expansion requires a utility easement vacation and a dedication of a relocated easement so that services to the building can be provided and are not located under any structures. The 15’ utility easement will be relocated approximately 45’ to the west of the current location. All other easements associated with this property will remain the same. |
