Recommendations/Options/Action Requested:

 

Accept dedications of utility and access easements associated with the Final Plat, PF-16-00395, for Gwaltney Addition, located at 2176 E 23rd St, 2200 E 23rd St, & 2200 Street FF

 

Executive Summary:

The Gwaltney Addition Final Plat was administratively approved on December 12, 2016.

 

The utility easements being provided include 10’ perimeter easements along the west line of Lot 2 and the east line of Lot 1. These easements will provide connections to the existing easements that abut the north side of the property. There is also a 10’ X 52’ utility easement along the east line of Lot 2 that will contain a fire hydrant and a Westar electrical cabinet. 

 

An access easement is being provided that will provide shared access to the frontage road for Lot 2 and Lot 3.

 

The Planning Commission approved the Preliminary Plat on November 16, 2016. The Final Plat conforms to the approved Preliminary Plat (PP-16-00392).

 

The Final Plat has been placed on the City Commission’s agenda for acceptance of dedications as shown on the plat.
